Classification

Is all of the lead applicable to all vertebrates? There seems no place in the article for the discussion of non-human vertebrates--not even other mammals. Is the article talking only about vertebrates. And shouldn't the first ref be an anatomical authority, not a 4 p. clinical review? DavidGoodman 21:57, 2 November 2006 (CST)
