Most of my recent edit was spelling, punctuation, wikilinks, etc.  But one substantive change I made was to replace the statement that production and profitability had increased "exponentially" with one saying only that they had increased "impressively."  "Exponential increase" has a very specific mathematical meaning, and I seriously doubt that BMW grew at such rates.  However, if it really did grow literally exponentially, feel free to change it back.  [[User:Bruce M.Tindall|Bruce M.Tindall]] 16:46, 19 August 2008 (CDT)

"Exponential" profit increases?

Most of my recent edit was spelling, punctuation, wikilinks, etc. But one substantive change I made was to replace the statement that production and profitability had increased "exponentially" with one saying only that they had increased "impressively." "Exponential increase" has a very specific mathematical meaning, and I seriously doubt that BMW grew at such rates. However, if it really did grow literally exponentially, feel free to change it back. Bruce M.Tindall 16:46, 19 August 2008 (CDT)
