Hmmm...before I continue with the subpagination, I'm wondering if this should be at diagnostic test (medical), to distinguish from diagnostics on a computer, say? I altered the wording a little. Feel free to revert or edit further. Main point is that tests are not always prompted by symptoms, but sometimes by signs of illness.
