Nagel (1999) and ''The Adams family,'' (1931) by James Truslow Adams (no relation). as well as popular books (''Adams National Historic Site: A family's legacy to America'' by Wilhelmina S Harris; ''Meet the remarkable Adams family'' by Lillian J Bragdon (1967) and of course the many-volume letterpress edition of the Adams Family Papers underway at Harvard UP.
