I have written this article from scratch.  It's pretty barebones at the moment, and the Western Division will probably be the same state.  In the next week or so I'm going to take the set of articles I have on the Main Line works (about 7 articles) and pad them out and smooth them a bit to have a similar flow.  I just got a copy of ''The Pennsylvania Main Line Canal'', so will be able to work some more into some of these divisions I think.  The ones that vanished most are the ones hardest to get data on.
