::Ah, we can't &mdash; that feature has been turned off, and is only available to constables and above.  I've asked about it at the discussion forums, but they seem to be down at the moment, so I can't  go back to check for any responses. --[[User:Peter J. Ah, we can't — that feature has been turned off, and is only available to constables and above. I've asked about it at the discussion forums, but they seem to be down at the moment, so I can't go back to check for any responses. --Peter J. King  Talk  09:51, 12 April 2007 (CDT)
