-It may actually be better to just deal with this matter off-wiki, I'm not sure.
-The first is for media already deleted. The second is for images that ''need'' to be deleted but you are first giving the user a chance to correct the problem (should be used sparingly, and reserved generally for new and possibly naive contributors).
