I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan majoring in Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences and Computational Science. My research is concerned with using numerical methods to solve the neutron transport equation. This research is applicable to a variety of problems including nuclear reactor design, medical physics, and astrophysics. My Master's thesis is titled "Finite Element Transport Using Wachspress Rational Basis Functions on Quadrilaterals in Diffusive Regions."
