I wonder if we might make use of a related model: how often does a CZ author link to articles that he or she did not write?  A second metric could well be how often one links to articles one did write, which still does visualize avoiding orphans. Correct name

What about moving this over to Journal Impact Factor, with redirect from here? I think this would provide a better definition of the scope of this article. --Daniel Mietchen 07:31, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
