:I copied templates that were needed for the article [[Joseph Smith, Jr.]]. Most of these are very good general purpose templates ... do we not use Harvard referencing here? There's no need for Citizendium to write its own templates when the ones from WP are perfectly good. And, if we're not supposed to copy content over, why is there a checkbox (hit by default, I might add) especially to designate your post as originating from Wikipedia? No pun intended, it was quite amazing how much you were copying from WP to CZ. I have one iron-clad rule I will insist on with regard to copying WP material over, and that is that ''you intend to develop it further, and maintain it, here on CZ.'' Copying it here just so that CZ has a copy of work that is ''maintained'' on WP is pointless: we want active articles. | |||
