I am just starting this, and making it up as I go. I am reading full text on-line journals as I do so, and I expect that whaterver I write I may soon change completely. At this point I do not yet have a clear plan for the article, but instead am working on a very rough draft. I would be pleased to have any knowledeable person to add meat to the bones of the article, and any author to help with wording.
