novella or novel

Is it really under 40,000 words? I have an H.G. Welles anthology that Robert A. Heinlein gave me years ago and I suppose I could do a quick word approximation.... Hayford Peirce 17:19, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

I believe it is about 32,000 words, thus falling within the definition of Novella as used for the Nebula Awards. I didn't reallize there was a separate article on novella on CZ, so the link goes to novel at the moment. James F. Perry 18:21, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
