Although Land Economics does not seem to be an eccapted sub discipline of economics, there is a wide ranging literature discussing the role of land as a primary factor of production. [2] [3]
From Land Economics journal:"Land Economics is dedicated to the study of land use, natural resources, public utilities, housing, and urban land issues."
