Purpose and place
- Is this meant to be a Citizendium rule about writing (or editing) articles on controversial issues?
- Is the idea to have a Tab on such an article called "Debate Guide"?
If twice "yes", please add these clarifications to the article.

- Point a) is answered pretty well by "What is a Debate Guide", I think. If you're talking about something not covered, can you spell it out in a different way?
