David Brog is Executive Director of Christians United For Israel. Personally Jewish, he is concerned about anti-Christian bias, considering Christian Zionism the successor to the "I became convinced that the evangelical Christians who support Israel today are nothing less than the theological heirs of the religious righteous Gentiles who sought to save Jews from the Holocaust. He found it difficult to publish a book, with mainstream publishers, that was pro-evangelical."[1]

In 2005, he wrote a Wall Street Journal opinion piece opposing the position taken by Anti-Defamation League national director Abraham Foxman, who had said "we are facing an emerging Christian Right leadership that intends to 'Christianize' all aspects of American life, from the halls of government to the libraries, to the movies, to recording studios, to the playing fields and locker room of professional, collegiate and amateur sports, from the military to SpongeBob SquarePants."[2]

Prior to CUFI, he worked for the United States Senate for seven years, rising to be chief of staff to Senator Arlen Specter and staff director of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Before that, time on Capitol Hill, he was an executive at America Online and practiced corporate law in Tel Aviv, Israel and Philadelphia, PA. Brog is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. [3]
