88mm gun

The 88mm gun was a high-velocity German cannon of the Second World War, originally developed as anti-aircraft artillery but, as perhaps the classic dual-purpose gun, developing a fearsome reputation as an anti-tank gun. Later, it was also used as a tank gun in heavy tanks.
